He started Auto Warranty Experts on a gap he kept seeing from the finance desk: coverage is easy to buy the day you buy the car, and two or three years later — when the factory warranty is actually about to run out — most of the market has no easy way to buy it at all. Online he can put several programs in front of one customer and shape the term, coverage and deductible around the vehicle in front of him, rather than selling whatever a single desk happens to carry. "Clients are often shocked by how affordable a warranty can be through us. That's our whole purpose." What he likes most is the long game: relationships that last, built on service worth coming back for.
In automotive finance and insurance since 2018 — insurance offices and dealerships both — and with Auto Warranty Experts since we started. Based in British Columbia, working with customers across Canada, and at her best deep in a contract comparison on something unusual, specialty or high-value, where the fine print decides everything. "I think you should know what you're protecting and why. Once you've got the right protection in place, it's much easier to enjoy your vehicle and not worry about what might come up." Fourteen years in the automotive industry, twelve of them as a finance manager at a GM dealership in Ontario, and with Auto Warranty Experts since July. Based in Niagara and working flexible hours around customers' schedules, she likes the moment a customer finds out the same budget buys considerably more coverage than they expected. "My goal is to make sure you understand exactly what you're getting, so we can find the coverage that makes the most sense for both your vehicle and your budget." We quote extended mechanical coverage for new, used and high-kilometre vehicles across Canada, plus dedicated coverage for hybrids and full battery-electric vehicles, including high-voltage battery options most providers don't offer where the vehicle is eligible.
Plans are honoured at any licensed repair facility in Canada (some also in the continental U.S.), carry a flat per-visit deductible stated in your quote, and on most plans the claims administrator pays the shop directly. Coverage is transferable if you sell your vehicle privately. Quotes are free, no-obligation, and honoured for 7 days.

Our team is based in Ontario and British Columbia, so we cover Eastern and Pacific business hours. You never need to visit us — coverage is quoted online and honoured at licensed repair facilities across Canada — but you can.
Who pays the claim if you close tomorrow?
Not us.
Every plan we quote is administered and backed by an established Canadian program administrator and its insurer, named in full in your contract. Claims are approved by the administrator and paid by the administrator directly to the repair shop. Your coverage does not depend on Auto Warranty Experts existing.
